The complex encompasses 140 acres in a 430,000 square foot building, and employs over five hundred employees. The original shop remains on-site.

The complex features engine and chassis-building areas large enough to support four full-time Chevrolet teams in the Sprint Cup Series of NASCAR. This impressive facility is located northeast of Charlotte, one mile from the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hendrick Motorsports remains in the record books for earning thirteen owner's championships and fourteen championships overall.
